Don't know about these engines but just as a reference point, the 354 cuin
Perkins engines I have are 120hp naturally aspirated, 150 turbo'd, 185
turbo/intercooled, and they go up to 300 with a different pump and other
assorted goodies. Of course power = fuel and as such you have to be able
to get more and more fuel into the cylinder/combustion chamber to get more
and more power out of it.
