1. The rear seats / stakes on my
truck were essentially devoid of
paint when I purchased it, and I
have since repainted them a solid
green. Now I would like to paint
them to match the camo on the rest
of the truck, but don't want to
free-hand it. Furthermore, the
truck has the older four-color camo
pattern, not the current three-color
of which I have seen hundreds of
examples. Therefore, short of
spending $$ for a manual of which I
would use two pages, would someone
be able to scan and e-mail or fax me
a copy of the four-color pattern?
My truck and I would be truly
appreciative!
2. The four colors on my truck are
black, sand, forest green, and light
green - easy right? I guess not for
me. The first three were easy
matches, but the light green is
eluding me. I tried the Light
Green, #951 (FS 34151) from Aervoe,
but this is the same ugly mustard
green mess I've seen on other trucks
- not the nice light green on mine.
(Just my personal opinion folks!)
I've also tried Field Green, FS
34097, but it's also too dark. Any
other ideas on what the correct
mil-spec paint would be for the
light green? I can e-mail
separately a picture of my truck to
illustrate the colors I'm after.
Thanks in advance!
