First if it looks white it could be two things one is no big deal the other
could be fatal to the engine. The good news it might just be algee that
will grow in most types of oil if there is water present and will turn motor
oil milky or cloudy. The bad news is it could be a cooling leak and if you
run an engine with antifreeze in the oil it will likely distroy all the
bearing surfaces. (I had this happen to a Jimmy engine and in only a short
time the engine was junk.)

I would test the cooling system or have the oil tested. I would not drive
the truck without changing the oil. (Unless you know for sure that it is
algee.) However if yours is not loosing water/antifreeze and the oil level
is not higher that you started then you probably just have dark strain algee
growing in the engine.
