You have recieved two well written letters, and no doubt you wrote one as
well. Do you know of a way around this, or to change this. As I read what
was written, this has now moved from what we believed to be a matter of
"policy" to a matter of law. Am I correct here?
Shame these folks aren't as worried about A Bomb secrets leaving as they are
old trucks coming in.
