It's a US thing. Anything that isn't road legal can still be driven on the
road, like farm tractors and horse drawn stuff, if it has displayed on the
back of it an orange/red triangle thing, provided that your speed stays
under 25mph. I think your supposed to drive with one set of wheels on the
shoulder but I seldom see anyone doing that. (SMV = Slow Moving Vehicle)
