[MV] Antique registration in NH

I did my first (actually 3) trailer registrations in NH yesterday. I spent 1.5
hours at the Dept of Safety. I was the first person to do this

If someone from NH is planning on doing this, send me mail off-line. I will be
writing up the procedure as it is complicated (for them) and corn-fusing for us.
