What camo scheme does yor truck have? Is it three color or four color,
temperate, desert, etc.? We need more info. I assume you want spray cans for
touch up, and gallons for the wood.
For what it is worth, I have found nothing to match either of the greens of
the four color temperate scheme, despite many, many people saying one of them
is the same forest green used on the later 3 CARC color scheme. It is my
experience that the Aervoe matches very closely to a slightly faded forest
green on the 3 color, BUT the Aervoe itself "chalks" after a year or so, then
doesn't match. The Gillispie doesn't match as well at first, but fades to
pretty close after a year or so. Surplus Enterprises had the only brown I
ever found to match the CARC, but they have discontinued it. Testors has a
tan in their Military color model spray paint that matches the tan used in
the 4 color temperate scheme fairly closely.
There is a manual, showing the camo patterns used. They are not random, and
in fact tolerences are fairly close as to pattern placement. If it is
properly applied, you could take the hood, or a door, etc off of another
M35A2 and put it on your truck, and the camo patterns would match. If you'll
give us more info on the scheme you're trying to match, we'll try to be more
help. BTW, I definately would NOT try to actually use CARC to touch up or
paint your truck.
Good Luck,
David Doyle
