ATF is drafting a letter to the state department through there legal
department to put state on the hot seat.
There legal position is there is no grounds to continue to not issue
form 6's on foreign military vehicles.
ATF is going to push the issue as it is backing up there operation and
tying up phones and faxes.
Keep up the heat by calling and faxing about your pending permits and
questions. This will tie up the department with having to answer
question.
Only time will tell if this is true. But it sound like the ATF is on our
side as their jobs are on the line. No permits, on need for employee's.
