Thus far I've informed all as to my progress towards salvaging an M274 Mule
from Camp Pendleton.
Round One went to the Base.
Round Two goes to me. I have found somebody who is willing to think
"outside of the box". They indicate that the battle might be half over as
we speak.

Can anyone give me proof that the M-274 series truck is exempt (or isn't
affected) by the restrictions faced by jeeps and humm-vees as far as de-mil
regulations are concerned?
