Is the M1070 tractor manufactured by OshKosh 2 wheel drive or is it all
wheel drive? Does it have a transfer case capable of switching between the
two? Also. I would assume it is legal to operate on highways, or is it
primarily for pulling tanks in areas where the roads are primitive?
