i am happy to report that i did get them needed manuals ...i got in touch
with them and found out what teh prob was ..they were really quick to fix the
error and even threw in an extra manual that i didn't order for the trouble
...also had the order next day aired at no extra cost ...bottom line is , i
would definatly order form them again .....
