Hi from Italy

I agree! It is like collecting stamps: a stamp printed by the official
Mail System but NOT issued for some reason does have a great (I said a
GREAT) value for collectors of stamps!
Or it is like an experimental A.F.V. (read prototype!) or M.V.: they have
great value!
Collectors are funny people...
Before I forget... I am a collector...!
