I have to disagree about the brakes. When completely rebuilt to specs and
properly set-up in accordance with the TM, mine will darn near throw you throw
the windshield on my '43 GPW. I've never had any problems with my transfer
either and I've been driving it for over three years now since I completed the
restoration.
