On this same subject ( ie hooking -stuff- to one battery I am sure that you
are aware if you hook a 12 volt accessory to one battery you will run that
battery down and system will not be able to recharge the one battery - if
you use a 12 volt accessory on a 24 volt system resist the temptation to
hook to only one battery, devices are available to convert 24 to 12
