It would seem that, as in all other walks of life, the level of political bs
in an organisation increases with it's size. I read the bio's on all the
approved people but there was not anything mentioned as to what thier
opinions are on any number of hot topics. My hot button topic is the
mutilation clause added to almost all US surplussed vehicles now. This
organisation (MVPA) has never given a damn about it (I have letters from
past presidents). Yet when older stuff is stopped from comming back into
the US all the sudden they find it in there hearts to get active
(politically). There does seem to be a WWII bias here, which I've heard
from others over the years. I'd like to know where each of these people
stands on getting active to stop the destructoin of surplus vehicles.
Anyone out there have any inside info???

I've know Jim for a long time and I think he would be outstanding as a board
member. Unless someone comes up with some compelling and relevant reason why
he was dropped, I'm going to do a write in.
