While this is a excellent statement about a man to man situation this thread has been about what happens when a law enforcement officer encounters a MV. In this case it was a Ferret Armoured Car with what appeared to be a machine gun sticking out of the turret. As a part time firearms dealer I have many law enforcement customers. A couple were over yesterday and we discussed this event. Both agreed that if they saw a armoured car with a MG the LAST thing they would do is draw their guns. To quote one "Pulling a 9mm Glock against an armoured car with a machine gun would be like taking a knife to a gun fight! You will end up second best" Of course this was after they saw my Saladin in the driveway!
I think the point of this thread is to use common sense with any MV that has armaments on it. And NEVER point it at anyone!
