Two and 1/2 ton automatic transmisson cargo truck build by GMC M211 and M135
are the same truck except for number of tires and bed. 211 has 10 wheels
900x20 and flat floor bed. 135 has 6 wheels and 1100X20 and fenders in bed.
There are also truck tractors and dump trucks - maybe others. Good truck if
you learn how to take care of the transmission. Gas burning and good
riding. Start pretty easy. Many truck met an early death because people
would not put antifreese in them and in the winter would drain the water.
Did not know that the transmission had water in it. If would freeze and
burst internaly and when cranked good bye transmission. Automatics do not
survive long with water in them. A few days ago a fellow had one for sale
and had a lot of pics. of an excellent truck. Best I remember seeing.
