RE: [MV] power divider for M35

I removed the inter-axle drive shaft from my WW2 deuce (CCKW) and found that
the truck wwould get stuck quite easily on made roads. A slight twisting of
the truck would render it un-moveable. W/o the front drive, I would have
been hopelessly stuck.

I opted to neuter the front end instead.
