Knowledgible Listers,

Recently I was given an article on some Canadian
Deuces that showed some of them having combat rims.
Are there any of these rims floating around anywhere
and if so what do they go for?

Next question: Did Ford every put forth a prototype
heavy truck for the military? I have never seen or
heard of Ford making anything bigger than a GTB.

Lastly, In the G749 family of trucks there is the M135
and the M211. The differences being the single vs.
dual rear wheels and tire size. I find references to
the same thing in the M34/M35 trucks, but I seldom see
anyone with an M34. Are these a lot more scarce than
the GMC M135s? It seems like the M34's would have
been more prevelent as the military was looking toward
outfitting deuces with super-singles.

For the non-US/Canadian list members, these trucks
are all 2 1/2 ton 6x6 cargo/troop carrier trucks.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Brian
