[MV] GPW exhaust system help

I need to know where and how to attach my exhaust system on my GPW. I have
rubber pads and brackets but dont know what to attach to. I do have the
flange to the manifold attached! Just below that, there is a bracket that
comes close to the
engine mount, but no hole in mount?? Then one or two on the cross member??
Then one around the muffler attached to??
Any pictures anywhere?
I'll look in the book!
Any other help would be appreciated.
