[MV] Four Wheel Drive Problem

I can easily put my M715- 5/4 Ton Truck into FWD and easily engage the hubs.
Getting it our of FWD is the problem. The only way I can do it is to jack
up the front passenger side wheel so that it just leaves the ground. As it
leaves the ground it turns about and inch by itself in the backup direction.
After that the hubs and the FWD lever work easily until I put it into FWD
and the same situation occurs again.

Any remedies would be appreciated.
