My non-computer friend bought a WWII, two-wheeled reel unit (RL-35) (looks
like a little two-wheeled handcart with a cable drum) at Beltring..... when
his wife wasn't looking.
Does anyone know of, or better still, has access to, the Tech Manual that
would refer to this? There is a dataplate affixed, but unlike most other
dataplates, this one does not state which are the relevant pubs for this item.
Any help will be most appreciated....
