[MV] New Mailing list for users of ARMY radios

After receiving several replies to my request
for info on the MV list, I've created a
mailing list specifically for those who
enjoy restoring, installing ARMY radios
in military vehicles, and especially,
operating ARMY radios that were made
for use by the ARMIES of any country.
