I was just notified that my token bid on a 1968 M-35 based airforce fire
truck was high bid at a local sealed bid auction. It has I believe a LD-465?
engine with few miles on it. The truck is sound and runs drives and stops.
body is excellent with all fittings intact . pump even works im told. Ten
nearly new non weather checked 9x20 ndt's sirens lights ect. airforce
markings intact. Ward la France body. any one have any info on these rigs and
or a guess as to value?
Also got two 1 1/2 ton cargo trailers (beat up) but should end up with
one good one and an extra chassis. Also an excellent usmc M416( Paid dearly
but still well below retail) Just wish I would have submitted on the M880's
