[MV] Newbie diesel fuel question

I just purchased an International TD-9 mil crawler-crane. It is my 1st
diesel. What do you regulars put in the fuel to prevent gelling and growths?

Anything else I need to know other than change the filters regularly and
check for water in the fuel at each use?
