Heck, there are repro parts nowadays for WWII Jeeps and military
Harleys made of better steel and better alloys than the original
parts... I drive and ride these things flat out... I'll always
go for the safest choice... I don't bat an eye about steering
with Polish-made handlebars or trusting my life to a
reproduction rigid fork...
But then again, I am not into "factory fresh" anal retentive
restoration... I am just having too much fun riding in the muck
or scraping the sides of my MB against tree trunks...
