[MV] More Dumb M35A2 Newbie Questions

I'm hoping to get my first MV in the next DRMO auction. I don't know
much about M35-series trucks yet (or MV restoration in general), so I
have some more dumb newbie questions. I've summarized them below; for

1. What size of lug wrench do I need?
2. Should there be a hose here? (see picture)
3. How hard will it be to fix this dent? (see picture)
