If you heat a bolt or nut and want to save either part, let it cool down
BEFORE you try to remove it. If you don't, the soft metal of one may make
'new' threads on the other. If it does not come loose with this 1st go
round, do it again. I have never had to do it more than twice. If you don't
care about the threads, turn away while hot.
