This jeep is owned by a dealer in NC, where I live. In NC when you rebuild
an M151 and try and secure a title (because Uncle Sam didn't give you one)
the DMV assigns a VIN and titles it as HOMEBUILT. This would be the same as
if you built a rail buggy from scratch. This dealer has had several lately
some advertised as 1996 models! This is the reason.
