At least one armoured (armored to y'all) roof with gun position was found
for less. It was mounted on the roof of a junky looking office trailer body.
Apparently the US Army had used it as a gunnery training rig (similar idea
to the USAAF mounting W.W. II aircraft turrets mounted on trucks). DRMO was
selling the trailer body for scrap. Luckily an observant MV enthusiast, when
looking inside the trailer, also looked up ... and saw a little bit of
heaven! Yes it has been saved and will eventually go on an ex-military
Humvee, and no, he won't sell.
