[MV] Obtaining Title on Ford GPW

I have recently purchased a '42 Ford GPW with no title. I would like to get
it licensed for the road here in Ohio. I have heard of a service that is
available that will provide good title for the vehicle. It is out of state
and I believe you sell them the vehicle and then sell it right back to you
but with a title. Anyone had any experience with this type of service? Any
other means of abtaining title? Any suggestions on who to contact?
