In the same way there is an obligation for combattants to wear a uniform,
and military airplanes and ships must bear their country's identification,
is it not a legal obligation for any vehicle used in combat to bear a
national marking ?
(I knew I should not have slept so much during classes at the Military
Academy ;-)
