A few years ago I purchased 4 of the M-Series spark plug adapters. These
allow you to use a std lawn mower sparkplug (that is what J8-10 are
considered these days) with a waterproof M-Series ignition. The adapters
make the civy plug waterproof.

I went to use these for the 1st a few weeks ago and discovered that the mil
wires will not enter the adapters w/o being trimmed. I was hesitant to trim
the rubber ring on the end of the wires as these help to keep the wires
centered in the mil plugs.

Has anyone else ever used these adapters? They were sold a few years ago by
Tom Murray.
