When speaking of snatch blocks to aid pulling power keep in mind that if =
the
pulley is stationary, there is no T.M.A. (Theoretical Mechanical =
Advantage)
merely a change of direction. If the pulley is movable (attached to the =
vehicle)
then there is a doubling of T.M.A.
