Some people aren't that prompt when cleaning out so they may still have
manuals for the older equipment, ...you know, the stuff we use.
Well we can't have THAT!! We need to stop this.
If everyone cultivated contacts at their local military installations
we could catch these things before they hit the "can"!
Kind of a mini-dumpster diving challenge.
GET THOSE MANUALS!!
