When you switch the electrical system on you should here a distinct thunk
from under the dash which is the glow plug system energizing. If you don't
hear it means your control box is probably bad. It is the black one up
under the dash above the driver's knees. If it is working the next place to
check is at the pump to see if power is being applied. If that is the case,
check to see if power is getting to the glow plugs. There is a verygood
chance that at least your glow plugs are bad. But if you are getting fuel
you should see some white smoke coming off the exhaust.
That's why I like the M35s and 813s, if you can get them rolling you can get
them started. A HMMWV can be a cranky piece of crap when it wants to be.
