Dear Mr. Gilmore and list,
I recently read your info. on the GPW, well done and informative. Also
in good taste, I might add!
I collect and restore mules. What can you tell us about Mule
development and production? I know a lot of the story, but I'm sure not all.
One of my biggest questions is: Who added the upgrade kits(elec. start,
fenders, wide wheels, etc.)? I have only seen Army mules with this kit. I
have several USMC mules , none have the upgrade kit on them. I have seen USMC
mules displayed with the wide wheels only. I don't believe this is correct
without fenders and elec. start.
