A couple of things spring to mind. Think about how the vacuum wipers are to
be powered. Will you fit an -A2 windscreen with electric wipers? What about
the oil pressure switch wiring to the ignition? Will you fit a 60-amp
alternator or keep the generator-regulator setup? Will it have turn signals?
If I were you, I would get ahold of the wiring diagram for the M151/A1 and
compare it carefully to the -A2. You may find it more beneficial to retain
the M151-type setup, even though the initial costs (wiring harness, in-tank
fuel pump etc) may seem higher.
