Have 1942 MB with tandem tow bar replacing front bumper. Understand
this is result of Field Kit Part No. A9183 of Dec 20, 1943 being
installed. Info indicates a dashboard placard was installed to the left
side of the glove box opening indicating speed limit restrictions when
used in tandem. Was this part of the kit and how do I find one to
install on my Jeep? Are there many tandem modified Jeeps still in
existence? Any assistance greatly appreciated.
