It's true about different regulations in different areas, for instance you
said that in Pa you have police depts., using blue lights to complicate
matters. Here in Ky, all police departments have blue lights, else
motorists would not know there is a police car approaching, and since this
is a Military Vehicles list, I might mention that the Military Police
Humvees have a single blue strobe mounted on the roof. There, now this
message is on topic hopefully.
