[MV] M151A2 brake problem

Help,my M151A2's brakes keep dying.I step on the pedal,it goes to the
floor.Any ideas?The fluid level was correct,and there are no leaks
anywhere.When I try to bleed them,it seems there is no pressure at the wheel
cylinders.
