[MV] M726 Jeep vs M56C/M201 Dodge

Can anyone tell me if the utility bed mounted on these vehicles are
identical? Or if parts of the beds will interchange?
Note the vehicle I am inquiring about is NOT the same as a V41. Although I
am told the vehicle I am asking about is called a M201 (a photo is on upper
left corner of page 245 in Crismon's "US Military Wheeled vehicles), it has a
fully enclosed utility bed vs V41 open top bed. Inside the bed is a PTO
driven generator/welder.

Any thoughts?
