I use synthetic enamel reducer. Don't use acrylic reducer. Normally, I
use Gillespi Coatings' primer, but I'm sure your local auto paints store
can guide you. When ( on a very rare occasion ) I use Aervoe, I have to
use Aervoe reducer. Synthetic reducer caused a reaction in my spray gun.
