Dont want to sound like a smart ass but check to make sure someone did not
replace the stud with one from the wrong side. That is a left thread one
inplace of a right hand thread one. Or vice versa. Had it happen to me. What
a pain. If not just torch it off and replace the stud and nut with ones from
NAPA. Good luck
