Hi guys... Wow! This flies in the face of everything I heard when I licensed
my 1951 M38 with a Pennsylvania "antique" tag. I was told by DOT/BMV in
Harrisburg and the local tag shop that once you received the "Antique" tag
you could operate the vehicle within the parameters of its original
equipment. I gather from your postings this was bogus information?! Would
you be kind enough to summarize the restrictions I must keep in mind when
running the M38 in Pennsylvania.
Thanks!

suspect this thread was ongoing with another subject title and I overlooked
