For a little extra push, put the socket and the breaker bar on it (I use
an axle stand underneath the socket extension bar or whatever so you are
turning it rather than just pushing it down) Then get someone to hit the
exposed end of the socket with a 2 lb hammer. The combination of leverage
and impact will often free something that leverage alone wont budge.
