I should explain the 27 equipments violations better. These were not on an antique military vehicle. These were for a 1968 Hemi-cuda that I was restoring at the time. Police love to pull this vehicle over. I had completely stripped it for a paint job and instead of trailering or towing it to the paint booth, I drove it the half mile with my friend following. The officer wrote up every missing lightbulb, windshield wiper, mirrors, etc. separately. I had ten days to repair the violations, which was not a problem. Traffic in SouthEast PA is so bad that I decided to install turn signals and seat belts in my 1945 MB. I doubt many of today's drivers know what hand signals are. The AAA's has a good list of restrictions for antique and classic cars in Pennsylvania. I will get it and post it later this week.
