Those with encryption are completely different units and you won't find them
anywhere but IN the military. They are much more accurate.....how much more I
can't tell you.....military secret you know.
Also the encrypted one the Army uses are strictly handheld with built in antenna.
THe unit for sale, while able to be used hand held, is primarily made to be
mounted. Handheld operation is a pain in the butt.
