[MV] Meaning of numbers on jeep bumper?

Can someone decipher the code on the front bumper of my jeep for me please.
They go, as follows:

Front bumper pass. side (and rear bumperette driver side) ..... 25-90F

Front bumper driver side (and rear bumperette pass. side) ..... A-5
