If you use hardner important that you use also a "flattner" I did not and
now I have a OD M37 that has a polished look to it, it has more shine than
a new car and all I did was add hardner. Painted another M37 out of the
same case of paint and it is proper flat OD paint. Hardner seems to not
only impart a shine but makes the paint slightly darker color. Will use
hardner again but will be sure to add flatner

take cardboard box punch holes in it and put bolts and screws in holes and
paint at same time you do vehicle. I also painted nuts and washers by
laying them on flat surface paint first, then they are dry enough to turn
over and paint the other side after you paint vehicle. I got my hardner and
reducer by taking can of paint to paint store (automotive) and said "want
stuff for this paint"
